I am obsessed with making quality goods, however, I am human as well. If you notice a defect that you cannot live with such as stitching, rivets, buttons etc, a break or a crack please contact me. I will send you a shipping label free of charge within 30 days of your delivery date. I will be happy to repair, replace, or reimburse you. Customer service is of utmost importance and it is important to have returning customers for success! Return policy does not cover spills, cut leather, scuffs, or any accident after receiving product. Although, I have some tips and tricks to try for stain removal and other accidents.
